Getting Ready to Eat "Country Caviar"
Mr Ivor Jenkins (one of the leaders of IDASA), Mike and Sewes Maritz getting ready to eat marrow bones also known as country caviar. I was the only one of the group willing to try this South African delicacy with the two locals.
